In addition, the clown is supposed to spin as the car moves, but does not appear to turn because of an improper alignment of the chassis wheel-like mechanism that causes the clown to rotate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll original graphics and paint on the car are present with expected ordinary wear, but no noticeable dents or material paint loss is evident. The wheels and hubs are in good shape.
