1920’s Hubley Cast Iron Horse Drawn Circus Wagon

This 16” long horse and wagon has never been repainted. The height of the wagon to the driver's cap is 9 ½”. The toy includes the original driver, sliding rear gate and horses with a hitch. The wheels on both the wagon and horses are tight and in good condition.

Hubley made the Royal Circus wagon with cast iron with the exception of the wagon’s roof, floor, and front wall. These structures were made from pressed steel. The toy could stay as is or for the ambitious buyer a fresh paint job would indeed freshen the toy. 

The black paint on the horses and the paint scheme of the driver is mostly missing but the iron remains in good condition.

We have included two metal elephants to help the new owner raise their circus tent. These vintage Circus Wagons are highly collectible and are becoming quite rare.
