This 11 1/2" x 17 1/2" Higley's Ice cream metal tray features Rose O'Neill's Kewpie doll serving a strawberry sundae.
The metal tray is in good condition with the Kewpie and sundae illustrations showing well. The tray has been used, but there is no denting, only scratches and paint loss spotting does exist.
The Rose O'Neill signature and copyright stamp is present. The shiny brass color on the back of the tray is in very good condition.
Rose O'Neill, the inventor of the Kewpie doll, has a large following. Higley's ice cream was from Mason City, Iowa, and started operations in 1915.
