This working 7” in length tin litho was made by the Unique Art Manufacturing Company in New Jersey. When tested the wind-up mechanism worked well and the spring propelled the rear metal wheels with ease. The left front wheel is loose but working and easy to slide on or attach to the axle if needed.

The neatest thing about this car is that as the front wheel turns, JOJO, the dog that sits on the car's radiator, turns as well. There is some rust on the clown's 3 ¾” tin cone hat and some paint loss on a portion of the left side rear wheel. Other areas of the toy have normal wear and the colorful face and clothing of Artie the clown show well.

When wound, Artie does move up and down with the steering wheel in his hand.
