1930’s Steelcraft Pressed Steel Ride-On Steam Roller

This private-label steam roller has the decal named Lexington Avenue Trucking Co. on both sides. The front stack acts as a steering wheel and moves the front roller left or right.

The toy is about 16 ½” long, 12” high and 7” wide. The unusual feature of this metal toy is that all the metal, wheels, roller, ribbed roof and steam smokestack are in very good condition with very little denting or deterioration.

As such, this is a wonderful toy to refresh with a new paint scheme. The refresh would truly make this somewhat scarce roller a source of pride in any collection. If a buyer is so inclined to take on a paint project for this steam roller, we will rebate the industrious buyer $50 once a picture or two is sent to us to document this great toy's rebirth.
