1930's German Musical Manivelle Six Swing Carousel Automation Toy

This rare and unique toy features a winder attached to a music box and a string pulley mechanism that rotates the six-swing carousel.

There are six fully and uniquely clothed children made of hard composite material with jointed legs and arms who are riding the chain-linked attached carousel swings.   This handcrafted antique is in excellent working condition. 

There is some staining and fading on the silk-fringed canopy.  A plaque marked DRGM authenticates the piece's origin.   

The shelf space needed for this piece approximates is 15-1/2" in length, 15" in height, and 11" in width.
