Edgar Bergen’s Mortimer Snerd and Charlie McCarthy have always been prized as being highly collectible.  The windup mechanism of this tin walker was working properly when tested. 

The paint and coloring on the tin are in very good condition which is why Louis Marx & Company stays in such demand.  The top is approximately 8” in height.  Mortimer’s green hat is missing and the price of this toy has been adjusted accordingly.
