1940’s German Tin Mechanical Tugboats (2) and Carrier Boats (2) By Gabruder Fleischmann

This four-boat set is in working condition.  Each tugboat winding mechanism works well when you insert the key in the smokestack to wind the propeller.  The tug boat towing the two carrier barges is in very good condition. 

The additional tugboat works and presents well but a bottom paint to address the flaking paint is needed.  These little tin boats are becoming highly collectible due to the simplicity of design and the unique key fitting in the smokestack.
