1940’s Schuco Wind-Up Solo Violinist Money Cloth Covered Tin Toy

This classic German monkey is in very good condition. This quality 4” tall toy worked well when wound with the monkey playing the violin and the bow moving across the instrument in his right arm. 

The original clothing has a little soiling near the right sleeve and the right-side tiny ear of the monkey is missing, although the scarf hides most of this defect. These toys were made well and should last for years.
