1940’s Vintage Japanese Wind-Up Cloth Covered Tin Acrobatic Circus Monkey with Two Chairs

This classic tin works beautifully. When wound, the monkey rotates the chairs with his arms to lift his body up and over (a flip) as the toy moves along a flat surface. 

The action on this toy is worth the price of admission. There is a spot on the back of the monkey’s tuxedo tails and there is wear to the original cloth fabric covering the tin frame. 

All clothing and hats are present. From an aesthetic standpoint, we would rate this toy as good.
