- Description
Globe Torpedoes were like cherry bombs without a fuse. The silver balls were thrown downward on a hard surface and they would explode.
The box has been wrapped in its original cellophane wrapper for over 70 years. The New Jersey Fireworks Company was well known for the explosion mishap that occurred in their production facility.
We know there are not many of the Torpedoes around, but if purchased, we'd prefer if you handle these as a collectable item that doesn't have to go bang.
