This poor excuse for a walkie-talkie consists of a metal spoon-like dual tin microphones attached with a string.

The toy has rested on the original 9" x 7" battleship scene card for over eighty years. The two simple toy microphones have some oxidation, but this should be easy to remove with metal cleaner.

The stock scene card's smaller writing is difficult to read in laces and the card does have some soiling. The loop that held one of the original microphones on the card is missing and scotch tape has been used to hold the item to the card.

We doubt that many of these play Army scene toys are still out there.
