This 12.5 oz rectangular tin of Popeye-brand popcorn kernels was made by Purity Mills of Dixon, IL.
The sides and bottom of the tin are in excellent condition, with all colors, graphics, and writing showing bright and clear.
The top of the can, where the lid is in place, shows some wear and oxidation. The tin is a little under 5" tall. The branding evokes memories of Popeye's immense popularity in America.
