1950’s Cragstan Rock N’ Roll Battery Operated Monkey By Alps Japan

This tin litho battery operated toy is excellent condition in appearance,  but when tested, only the microphone light comes on and the monkey does not sway from side to side moving his head, arms, or feet and any music is absent. 

The battery compartment is very clean and if the buyer has the ability to get the toy properly working again, a great windfall can be had since there are so few of these toys in this excellent appearance condition that actually work. 

The toy is about 12” tall and whether it works or not, displays very well because the monkey, clothing, strung guitar, and tin litho are like new.  The original box comes with the monkey but the box is in poor shape due to tears in the flaps.
