1950’s J. Chein & Co. U.S.A. Tin Litho Wind-Up Mark I Boat

This vintage tin boat is in very good condition with a minor rust mark on the bow gunwale and minor oxidation near the top seams.  The winding mechanism turns with the key but the spring is very loose and will not unwind by itself. 

Accordingly, you have to turn the key to move the propeller.  This boat has been priced as non-working because of the winding problem.
