This is a cute 9 ½” brown bear made in the USSR.  When you wind him up, his mouth opens and his arms move up and down as he licks the ice cream held in his paw.  The fur has some wear but no tears.

The wind-up mechanism works well and everyone should have at least one mechanical toy made in the USSR to understand why they must try to invade other nations so they can have bigger and better toys that can run on batteries.
