1975 John Wright "Uncle Sam & Arab Oil" Cast Iron Mechanical Bank

This unique heavy metal mechanical bank measures 11" tall, 9" in length and 4" in depth.

The Arab figure smiles as Uncle Sam, who is dressed in a barrel, places a coin in the oil drum when the button is pressed. This bank is in very good condition with only a few very minor scratches on the paint.

The coin drop mechanism worked well when tested. The date of manufacture of this bank does correspond with the Arab Oil Embargo.
