K-Line (the company was eventually purchased by Lionel) produced this 1994 collector series train car.
The working car is "0" gauge and measures about 10-1/4" long, and the display track and plastic foundation the train sits on is 13" in length and 5-1/4" in width.
The tank car has a coin slot in the top if someone would desire to use the working model as a bank. The tank car, track, and foundation with plaque are in excellent condition.
