Tiny Tim’s real name was Herbert Khoury and he passed away in 1996 at the age of 64.  In 1966 Tiny Tim made an appearance on Rowan and Martin’s Laugh In television show and created history by being a somewhat girlish acting man with stringy long hair wearing unusual outfits who played the ukulele while singing the song “Tip Toe Through The Tulips” in a high pitched falsetto voice.

This performance led to immediate fame and he was married to Miss Vicky on the Johnny Carson Show in 1967 with a record audience waiting out of curiosity if the nuptials would ever take place.  The album does include the Tulip song.  The written autograph contains the words “To Miss Sherri, Best of luck of always.  A pleasure meeting you.  ss// Tiny Tim
