2 - Cleveland & Hendricks, 1 - Democratic Club & 1 - Rare Garfield & Arthur Political Brass Clothing Buttons

The four political buttons are in beautiful condition. 

The two Grover Cleveland and Hendricks campaign coat buttons are from the 1884 election. 

The beautiful Democratic Club button with the rooster symbol is also from the same election period.   

The rare 1880 Garfield and Arthur button reveals the importance of the Vice Presidency when Chester A. Arthur's tenure as the 21st President of the United States began on September 19, 1881 because of the assassination of President James A. Garfield. 

Arthur did not even get nominated by the Republican Party in 1884 when Grover Cleveland took over the presidency.
