The three unopened outboards are from a series of four models of outboard motors that were powered by a small interchangeable CU-25 slip-in motor.
The battery power for the motors was built into the plastic boats made by Ideal, not the motors. We believe none of the blister packs have been purposely opened, but one package has lost the seal between the clear plastic blister pack and the cardboard card.
The back of each package has instructions on how to use the outboards.
