Alps Japan Colorful Wind-Up Tin Litho Peacock

This blue and gold peacock was made in the 1950’s. The litho is in very good shape but a portion of the peacock's right foot is missing but the toy travels forward with both legs touching when wound. The winding mechanism works well but the three rear tail feathers no longer move up or down and the tail feathers remain in a still position. The toy measures 5 ¼” high. 

This toy is great to look at and you can watch the graceful bird walk around. This toy has been substantially discounted because of the missing lower leg/foot and the tail feather movement issues.
