Antique Tin Litho Wind-Up Marx Barracuda Fish with Wheels

This colorful 8-1/2" long tin barracuda was made by Louis Marx in the 1920's and 1930's.

The wind-up mechanism worked well when tested. When wound, the fish is propelled by the wheels and the 5 sections of the fish move side-to-side causing the fish to appear to be swimming as it moves forward.

The tin is in very good condition with very little wear to the fish sections but there are some rust and oxidation on one of the metal wheels. The wheels roll well.
