Early 1900’s Heavy Nickel Plated Fancy Filigree Cast Iron Packing Tape Dispenser

This wonderful heavy ornate desktop packing tape dispenser works very well.  The adjustment for tape length is also working. Press the handle and the tape is dispensed.  The rollers, springs and adjustments all work well. 

The dispenser is about 13” long and when used on a desk or countertop, the dispenser stays put as you push the handle for the tape.  This fancy-looking contraption is a great conversation piece when discussing the quality of the past and ingenuity.
