The Kenton Hardware Manufacturing Company located in Ohio created this bank to celebrate the 1893 World’s Fair (name Columbian Exposition) in Chicago, IL.  The bank is a model of the administration building from the fair that had a very ornate design on its dome, pillars, and steps. The four arches have the words “Columbia Bank” above the double doors.

The coin trap is in good condition but the key is missing.  We are not sure that the coin trap is original to this bank due to the color variations.  The bank measures 9” in height and 6 ½ inches in length and depth. There are no cracks or marks on this fine bank.
