Collection of Antique Talking Machine / Gramophone Needles & Miscellaneous Phonograph Related Items

An impressive collection of phonograph needles and related accessories.

This lot includes five tins of Victor needles including green extra loud tone needles with a substantial number of needles in the tin; a red tin of about 30 full tone needles; a smaller red tin of about 100 regular sound needles; a small yellow tin of about 50 medium tone needles; a rounded small yellow tin of about 10 half tone needles; and a small round red tin of about 75 loud tone needles.

In addition, there a small tin of Aero needles made in Bavaria that includes a great tin litho picture of a bi-plane and includes about 75 needles and a pyramid shaped metal container of approximately 100 Golden Pyramid Talking Machine needles inside a shaker dispenser.

An Aeropoint Red Devil Coin Phonograph needle in original packaging is also included with this lot. The package states "It's tougher than Satan, it's smoother than Satin" with the claim that the needle is good for 5,000 plays.

Lastly, a small antique phonograph hand-cranked pencil sharpener, and a small hand-crank phonograph music box have been included with this lot, along with a metal serial plate from the Victor Talking Machine Co. of Camden, New Jersey.
