Early 1900’s Black Painted Face Cloth With Orignal Dress & Full Petticoat

This handmade 17” cloth doll is truly beautiful.  Her painted face and head scarf display features that remain in very good condition with only some slight cracking.  Her gingham outfit is original with very little damage except some minor color changes due to sunlight. 

The painted hands and feet do have normal wear and cracking, but in our minds, this just adds character to the doll because this special lady probably did not enjoy an easy life.
