This salesman's sample case includes twelve empty glass cylinder vials (ten with corks) with product labels that are in excellent condition.

The set includes flavors like banana, maple, vanilla, peppermint, orange, lemon, almond and pineapple etc.. Each vial has a label with a mustached man who we assume is Mr. Terriff.

The heavy blue cardboard box holding the samples remains in very good condition with some paper separation on the right front flap and some staining from fluids on the inside of the top flap. The box measures 9-1/8" in length, 5" in width, and 7/8" in depth.
