The 11" long metal car is in good condition with only minor scratching to the green paint.
All cartoon litho passengers show well as does the gold writing on the green paint designating the car as belonging to the "Police Department, Squad Car No.1, Dick Tracy."
We tested the winding mechanism and the on/off lever, and both items worked well as we watched the car move along a flat surface with ease. We did not test the siren/light above the vehicle's front windshield. This small light has its own battery compartment at the rear of the car.
The battery compartment and light on/off lever looked fine, but it is likely that a new flashlight-type bulb is needed.
