Early 1960's McDonald's Lunch / Dinner Counter Order Slip

This wonderfully preserved unused order slip settles the question of how much was the original price of McDonald's food items was when they started in business. 

The attached slip has hamburgers at 15¢, cheeseburgers at 20¢, fries at 12¢, Coke at 10¢, and hot chocolate at 12¢.

This slip was used before the creation of their fish sandwich or double burgers. A Big Mac back then was a trucker who drove a certain brand of truck.
