Late 1930’s -Early 1940’s J. Chein & Co. Tin Litho Wind-Up Waddling Tuxedo Penguin

This classic tin toy is in excellent condition.  The winding mechanism and foot movement worked well when tested.  The paint color is excellent with very few marks or scratches. It is difficult to find these tins that are still in good working condition.
