This is an exact reproduction of a 1930 Bugatti made by Pay Herman's factory in Spain.
The car measures almost 18" long and there is a colorful tin race car driver in the drivers seat. The wind -up mechanism is fairly tested fine, but it seems that you have to push the rear wheels backwards for the spring to disengage.
There are no scratches to the car, and this replica is No. 2,095 out of 5,000. The large colourful wheel of the vehicle are very unique.
