Nixon White House Photo Album

This large 12” x 15” White House photo album includes over thirty-five original colored pictures of President Nixon’s family, cabinet and visitors.  There are many pictures of the First Lady, David and Julie Eisenhower and the President hard at work.  The blue leather bound album is embossed with the Presidential Seal on the cover. 

This is a one-of-a-kind item.  President Nixon was more photogenic than most people thought.  The album was acquired over a decade ago from an auction of the items owned by the estate of Eugene Charles Allen.  Mr. Allen was a famous White House Presidential waiter and servant for over 34 years.  He passed away in 2010 at the age of 90.  The 2013 movie titled “The Butler” was based on his wonderful life and service.
