This well-built and heavy 9" long and 7" tall hand cart features a large Howdy Doody metal figure bending up and down to push the hand cart seesaw lever.
The wind-up mechanism worked well when tested. There is a working on/off slider switch on the top cover at the rear of the cart, and there is a lever in the front to change the direction of the wheels.
The tin-litho Howdy Doody figure shows well, with only some minor oxidation near the seams of the tin located on the sleeves of his checkered shirt.
We would rate this hard-to-find toy as being in very good condition.
