Rare 1950's Schuco Charly 1005 Wind-Up Motorcycle

This 5" long red motorcycle driven by a Schuco helmeted tin-litho driver dressed in illustrated leathers only shows very minor wear.

The front tires are Schuco-Cord, and the prominent Schuco branding and production details are displayed on the bottom of the cycle. There is a lever near the rear wheel of the motorcycle that allows for changing the direction of the wheels or enables you to stop the vehicle.

The clockwork winding mechanism worked very well when tested. The buyer will be amazed at the way the motorcycle can lean into its turns.

This is a must-have if you're a toy motorcycle collector.
