Rare 1960 T.N. (Nomura) Venus Tin-Litho Friction Drive Motorcycle

This excellent condition Japanese made friction drive motorcycle measures 9" in length and 4-5/8" in height.

There are a few minor scratches on the gold painted Harley with the tires, wheels and engine cylinders with colored balls displaying well. The friction drive worked well when tested and two of the three engine cylinder balls did move up and down.

A common problem with these toys was that the balls would get stuck and not move at all so two working balls out of three is better than most Venus motorcycles on the market today.

The graphics and branding on the tin-litho looks great with the 1960 license plate marking the date of manufacture.
