This 10" tall painted metal bank features Tip O'Neill (Speaker of the House from 1977 - 1987) with a gavel in his hand above President Ronald Reagan.
When a lever is pressed, he pounds the coin into the head of Ronald Reagan with the gavel. The back of the bank reads "Commemorating the great political feud between President Ronald Reagan and Speaker of the House, Tip O'Neill."
This bank is in excellent condition and a charming collector's item.
