Not many of these quacking Japanese-made toys survived the Asian desire to eat duck.

This 4-3/4" tall wind-up features metal feet and a beak with eyes that were attached to the yellow fur.  A little frog is attached near the tail of the duck for fun and remains firmly committed to hanging on.

The duck opens its mouth and quacks when wound. The winding mechanism worked well when tested. There is some light soiling and aging on the yellow fur, but overall, the condition of the duck is very good.

The original box is in very good condition with no damage to the top label, but there is some separation on the lid folds, where some original box staples came loose.
