Teddy Bear Riding Tin Wind-Up Red Scooter

We do not know the origin or date of this toy. This wind-up mechanism on the scooter worked well when tested. When wound, the toy moves forward with the teddy bear holding onto the handle of the scooter. 

The bear and scooter are in excellent condition and the shirt and corduroy overalls of the bear are like new.
