Two Vintage Cream Of Wheat Cloth Advertising Dolls

These 1950’s dolls are 18” in height. The dolls have no major fabric tears but there is some normal soiling in the fabric that one would expect after 80 years of display and handling. One of the dolls is missing the white cook's hat on Chef Rastus’s head.

Both dolls show the chefs holding a bowl full of Cream of Wheat with a large smile on their faces. One doll has red striped pants and the other grey striped. Cream of Wheat has been around since 1899 and it is hard to forget what Chef Rastus accomplished to make the hot cereal a favorite of most children.
