J. Edgar Hoover probably gave these toys away at Christmas. The fingerprint kit includes ink, an ink roller, and a fingerprint record sheet along with a short instruction book on how to take prints and read fingerprints.
The box is in very good shape. The toy was made by Transogram Company in New York. We have not seen another play kit like this.
