Vintage 1940’s - 1950’s Alp Celluloid & Tin Harlem Tap Dancer

Rare Japanese toy of a young black man dancing in Harlem at the corner of Lennox and 125th Street.  Materials are tinplate, celluloid and fabric.  Fabric and Litho are in very good shape.  Carefully wind his arms and he dances well.  The toy is about  9" in height.
