Vintage 1940's J. Chein Tin Litho Wind-Up Toy Pig (Wind-Up Not Properly Working)

The condition of the tin is excellent. When testing the winding mechanism, the toy would swivel on its base as intended when the toy was not placed on a flat surface.

Once the toy was placed on a floor or table, the mechanism would not work properly. This tin is worth owning because the hat, smiling pig face, and checkered overalls will definitely add a smile to your face.
