This Tin Friction Ski Toy is supposed to flap wings but only one wing flaps when rolling. The bottom of the penguin's beak is missing so when the mechanism opens and closes its mouth there is not much to experience.
The toy measures about 5” tall and the paint and overall condition of the tin litho is very good including the ski poles and skis. The friction drive works well.
