Vintage 1950's Alps Battery Operated Juice Drinking Picnic Bear (Non-Working)

This 1950's bear is sitting on a tin litho log drinking a bottle of juice. The battery compartment is clean and the on/off switch seems to slide correctly but we could not get the motor working.

The condition of the bear's fur, facial features, cup, juice bottle and log is very good. The bear is about 10" in height.

This toy is priced right if you want a unique piece to display or if you are not mechanically challenged to investigate the wiring issues this toy may possess.
