This small 4" tall Kohner Bros. Popeye Plastic Push Button Puppet vintage toy is in very good condition with original label and all parts present.
Push the button, and Popeye falls backwards from his waist up. The elastic strings may have been restrung because when they travel through the holes in the legs, only one hole is used instead of two, as the strings travel higher towards the flexible two arms.
