The 28th President served in office from 1913-1921. The front of the postcard has a portrait of President Wilson with two 48-state flags extended on each side of his picture.
"We are but one of the Champions of the Rights of Mankind. We Shall be Satisfied when these Rights Have Been Made Secure" is the quote on the bottom front of the postcard.
The back of the postcard has not been written on. The card has been preserved in a plastic sleeve; the sleeve is in good condition with minor damage on one corner, but the postcard itself is in excellent condition.
