E.T. Co. (Japan) Lithographed Tin Bulldozer (Not Working When Tested)

This is a good shelf piece for a low price.  We believe that the toy was made in the early 1960’s.  The tin plate has good color and the engine, wheels, and track paint are in decent condition.  The driver is complete and his arms are attached to rods. The battery compartment is clean and the on-off switch slides properly. 

When you turn the dozer over, the wheels are present but the driver-side wheel appears to be pushed into the body housing.  We are not sure if this Bulldozer can be fixed or not so have priced this item at a very deep discount.
